**About The Role**
***
**Our client is an indigenous male living with Multifactorial Dementia. Our client requires support workers with understanding of indigenous culture, to assist him in meeting his NDIS goals as well as accessing the community.**
***
**Components of the supports include community access and social engagement.** Support workers will be required to maintain professional boundaries, whilst also establishing a rapport with the client and encouraging positive outcomes towards goals.
**Persons identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are encouraged to apply**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:
- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, **or **Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
