Permanent Full Time Position

Monday to Thursday
- 6:00AM-2:30PM Friday
- 6:00AM-12:00PM

**About the Role-**

Reporting to the Value Add Team Leader, you will perform a range of functions that may include:

- Operating equipment to coat, blend and treat seeds
- Packing finished seed into bags
- Preparing stock for Warehouse storage and customer/client orders

**Skills and Experience-**

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

- Physically fit and capable of manual and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift (up to) 25KG- as required
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Self-starter
- Process/machine operator experience an advantage
- OH&S mindset
- Able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
