We have an exciting opportunity for a Chiller Assessor | MSA Grader to join our team at our new facility in **Lance Creek.**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Are you an experienced Meat Process Worker with knife handling skills and looking for more? Keep reading_

We are seeking an experienced Meat Process Worker to take on the role of Chiller Assessor / MSA Grader. _We’ll organise training for you_

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Ensuring the consistent delivery of quality products to KGF customers.
- Assessing beef carcasses and providing corrective and preventative actions as required.
- Maintain AMG standards and compliance with safe work practices and operating procedures.
- Data collection and reporting.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Assisting with sorting carcasses into chillers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1 - 3 years experiences working in the meat industry, including knife handling skills
- Have (or willing to gain) AUS-MEAT Chiller Assessment Certificate. _We will organise the training._
- Have (or willing to gain) an MSA Grader Certificate. _We will organise the training._
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
