We require a junior shop assistant for our busy restaurant in Kings Park, Sydney.

Daily tasks include (but are not limited to)
- Politely, clearly and efficiently taking phone orders
- Taking customers orders over the counter with a friendly and helpful attitude while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Packing customer pick-up orders, ensuring no items are missed.
- Packing Ubereats and Door Dash orders, ensuring no items are missed and handing off to drivers.
- Filling drink fridge and keeping counter and seating area clean and tidy during service.
- Mopping, vacuuming and wiping front of house and seating area at end of shift.
- Light food preparation of particular menu items such as making Jalapeno Bites, cutting vegetables and pumping housemade sauces.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as directed.

Full training will be provided so experience is preferred but not essential.

The successful applicant will also possess the following attributes:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with native level English
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Ability to comprehend and implement detailed instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiently perform tasks and take instructions in a high pressure environment
- Be honest, trustworthy and reliable

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kings Park, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
