Dynamic and highly reputable financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Editorial Manager / Content Writer to join their collaborative content team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- End-to-end project management of content programs, from ideation through to execution and distribution.
- You will work both autonomously and with external agencies and freelancers to author and edit written copy, including whitepapers and reports, articles, social media posts and video scripts, as well as premium thought leadership across their banking channels which include personal banking, wealth and business banking
- Support the day to day running of the content function, including managing a content calendar, making sure all programs are aligned and helping to formulate the agenda at editorial meetings.
- You will be equally motivated by content creation, performance, and optimisation, with a core focus on data and turning the numbers into valuable learnings for future initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues who are specialists in content strategy, creative design, performance marketing, digital and data analytics to optimise content to suit a variety of channels and use cases

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in journalism, media and communications, finance, business, economics or commerce
- Experience working as a journalist, writer or editor
- 5-8 years’ experience writing and editing financial services content for both B2B and B2C environments
- Passion for creating engaging, omni-channel content marketing experiences for B2B and B2C customers
- An editorial mindset, with an eye for a good story and relevant and timely content topics, is key to the success of this role
- Ability to think like a marketer with a high commercial awareness - the editorial programs you work on need to deliver engaging customer-centric content that also meet the needs of the businesses
- Detail orientated approach and possess exceptional writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
