The Surveillance Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, members, guests and property utilising the resources of over 450 CCTV cameras. With a keen eye for detail, you will demonstrate qualities of integrity, respect for property and people, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Live monitoring of CCTV using Avigilon system
- Actioning police CCTV requests
- Backing up of Body Worn Cameras
- Communicating via 2-way radio to our various departments throughout the club.
- Monitoring and actioning alarms systems
- Liaise and work closely with Emergency Services
- Operation of the EWIS Panel
- Ensuring high accuracy with data entry and administration tasks
- Export and interpret gaming meter reports,
- Investigations using available reporting programs and CCTV
- Analysing customer transactions and behaviours for signs of potential Money-Laundering/Terrorist Financing behaviour.
- Investigate and assess alerts generated by internal teams and systems, reporting to AUSTRAC as necessary.
- Performing enhanced due diligence checks by compiling source of funds/source of wealth information from various sources such as internet searches
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times;
- Adhere to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- NSW Security Industry Licence Class 1A/E;
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- First Aid Certificate;
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficient in writing analytical intelligence reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to master technical equipment will help you to succeed in this role.
