**As a Tarocash Assistant Store manager you will**:

- Ensure you and your team are consistently delivering the SHARP customer experience
- Lead by example at all times and inspire the team around you.
- Coach & develop your team consistently to be able to achieve our brand goals.
- Be honest and candid at all times.
- Be driven and confident working with KPIS and individual targets.
- Have outstanding standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Great time management, able to prioritise and multi-task.

**Skills required**:

- Experience Manager/Supervisor in a fashion retailer or in a customer service workplace.
- Self-motivated, driven and have the will to grow.
- Have the ability to identify and coach opportunities.
- Having a strong understanding of KPIS.
- Ability to make proactive decisions.
- Experience in leading, recruiting and developing a team.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store standards.

**Salary**: $55,354.00 - $75,084.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
