As the Clinical Lead - Alcohol and Other Drug Services, you’ll take on a pivotal leadership role within an experienced, multidisciplinary team delivering essential AOD treatment across a range of voluntary and forensic programs. You’ll be responsible for guiding, inspiring, and supporting a team of dedicated professionals fostering collaboration, building capability, and ensuring the highest standards of care. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll maintain a clinical caseload, keeping you connected to the work that truly changes lives. **What you will bring to the team**:
**Strong capability to lead and motivate team members**, coordinate service delivery, and oversee daily operational tasks within clinical or community-based programs.
**Strong clinical expertise,** with demonstrated skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions for clients with complex needs.
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,** with the ability to lead teams, manage challenging situations, and build positive, collaborative relationships.
**Sound understanding of the AOD sector,** including familiarity with current systems, the social model of health, and experience supporting clients with dual diagnoses.
**Strong written communication skills,** with the ability to document clinical work clearly and effectively, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
