**About Your Role**

The Senior Pharmacist - Change Lead, will ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of the NSW Medicines Formulary, Pharmaceutical Procurement Contracts and other strategic projects across Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe and effective transition from the existing medication management and procurement practices into the NSW Medicines Formulary, procurement and MLHD pharmacy strategic direction. This will involve project and change management activities across MLHD including setting/achieving clear timelines; reviewing and updating medicines-related documents, eMM systems, ipharmacy and approval processes; inventory management; stakeholder engagement and communication with executive, management and clinicians at all levels in each organization within MLHD.

The role will act as a Deputy District Chief Pharmacist.
