**About the Company**:
My client is a leader in the Australian fashion space, their loyal customers return for their amazing quality, beautiful colour palettes, unique designs and their attention to detail. They are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to deliver on their company motto and ethos in their flagship Booragoon store.

We are searching for a confident and passionate retail leader who will thrive in a flagship environment. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, exceeding results, excellent operational standards and a natural ability to deliver outstanding customer experience in the fashion sector.

**Key Requirements**:

- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Oversee the presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects the brand image and meets visual merchandising standards.
