**The Venue**
- Fire, wood and charcoal are at the heart of **Poetica Bar & Grill**,**a refined and relaxed modern Sydney bar and grill in the heart of North Sydney. We opened our doors to rave reviews in early September 2023 and received One Hat from the Good Food Guide in our first few weeks.

Along one side of the 120-seat light-filled restaurant is an impressive 700-bottle wine wall, glass-fronted dry-ageing cabinets, and a 15-metre-long open kitchen featuring a Josper charcoal oven and custom wood-burning hearth.**The Opportunity**

**About You**
- You have a strong knowledge of wine and enjoy guiding guest in their decisions.
- You bring at least two years of experience in a similar role and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- You hold a valid NSW RSA certificate, speak fluent English, and have Australian working rights
- You hold a WSET level 2/3 certificate or similar certificate
