Right now, we are looking for friendly, customer service-based Gaming Machine Service Attendants to join our passionate and supportive team

**So, what does the role look like?**

Think flashing lights, a whirling of spinning reels, loud beeps and chimes As you can imagine this isn't your typical workplace Our amazing Gaming Machine Service Attendants are based on the main gaming floor within the casino set amongst all the action and they ensure our Gaming Machine customers have the best experience each and every time they come to visit You'll spend your day roaming the area making sure everyone is happy and having fun. You'll assist customers by hosting, completing all transactions, minor machine repairs (which you'll be fully trained on) and maintaining a clean environment. You'll be walking a fair bit during your shift (usually anywhere between 5-8km) so this role isn't for the faint-hearted, but if you love the thought of working up your step count whilst at work - look no further

**What you will look like?**

First and foremost, you'll be passionate about customer service. You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease and providing quality service with flair. You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly and positive nature. You'll have an eye for detail, and a great attitude. **_We also need someone with flexible availability to work across a rotating roster, this means days, nights & weekend shifts._**
