Applications are sought for positions as full-time and part-time Campus Learning Enhancement Organisers commencing in 2025.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

The role of the Learning Enhancement Team at Padua College is to provide an inclusive education and to enhance educational opportunities for all students. The full inclusion of students with disability has a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all.

The Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser (CLEO) will assist the Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC) in meeting obligations and compliance with regulatory authorities. They will support and work collaboratively with all members of the Learning Enhancement Team and wider teaching staff on the Campus to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.

**MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

The major areas of responsibility of the Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser are:

- In collaboration with the CLEC, supporting Data Collection and Data Integrity within the Campus.
- Supporting the CLEA with Human Resource Management of the Learning Support Officer team on their campus.
- Overseeing the Learning Hub and its students.
- Coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers each semester at their campus.
- performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.

**SALARY REMUNERATION**: According to the CEMEA 2022, $74,334.00 - $84,225.00 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.
