**About the Role**:
As a Café All-Rounder, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Customer Service**: Greeting and serving customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders, and handling payments.
- ** Barista Duties**: Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to our exacting standards.
- ** Food Preparation**: Assisting in the kitchen with basic food prep and presentation.
- ** Cleaning & Maintenance**: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Working cohesively with team members to ensure efficient service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Barista experience is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
