Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a **Medical Receptionist** in our fast-paced clinic located at **Cranbourne** in a** Part-time** capacity.
- **3/4 day Part-time opportunity**:

- **Full training provided alongside our experienced Medical Receptionist team**:

- **Opportunity to gain exposure to the Medical Imaging industry**

**As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for**:

- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

**You Will Have**
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
