Bolton Clarke’s Seabrook Home is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care home providing high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

Our Personal Care Assistants provide person cantered care to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. These include:

- Personal care as required
- Assistance with meals as required
- Encouraging the engagement in social activities
- Provide respectful, positive and professional care to our residents.

Requirements - qualifications and experience.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
- Experience working within Aged Care

You will be required to demonstrate.
- Clear spoken and written English communication
- Positive and professional attitude to your work
- Working effectively within a team environment
- Adhere to workplace health and safety.
