**About the role**

Our Cadet Program offers a hands-on introduction to the Transportation Industry, with the opportunity to learn multiple facets of our business. Your first few months will be spent learning the ins and outs of our set runs while also gaining the experience required to use our technology and understand how we work as a business. From this point you will then move to one of the radio channels, here you will spend time developing your skills and learning how to allocate work to our fleet of drivers. Your problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet will be challenged. There are multiple channels that need to be mastered and your drive and desire to learn and adapt will determine how quickly you move from one to the next. For the individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile there will be management opportunities and you will have the chance to talk to staff during your interview that have progressed through the business into senior management positions.

If you have completed a degree or diploma in transport this would be looked upon favourably.

**You will need to**:

- Be passionate about the Transportation Industry.
- Have completed your HSC.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have great time management skills.
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Have previous experience in transportation industry will be an advantage but not essential.
