**About the role**

The Claims Administrator position, a brand new role to our business will act as a support to our claims team. Based in our Haberfield office, the role would suit someone who has a real passion for administration and a love of working in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile insurance transactions
- Send payment requests to accounts
- Provide claim updates to customers.
- Send letter of demands to third parties
- Liaise with repairers to confirm repair progress and completion
- Upload new claims in the system
- Identify any missing information from new claims
- Contact insurers to verify information.
- Contact customers, third parties and witnesses to collate evidence
- Process vehicle tow requests

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in an administration role
- Be a natural problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive, empathetic nature.
- Self-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- An understanding of insurance would be advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to change in this evolving role.
