Dental Assistant

**For Dental Assistant, the Roles & Responsibilities include**:

- Appointment book management.
- Writing referrals and protocols
- Patient management, answering phone enquiries, greeting and assisting patients.
- Processing and managing patient accounts.
- General administration duties.
- Chair side assisting for general dentistry and sterilization room duties following infection control standards
- Reception duties
- Taking HICAPS and EFTPOS payments

**Essential Criteria**:Communication skills essential ** Must know to use Word, Excel and Paint** ** Will be required to work some evenings and Saturdays

- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Working with Children check, and Police clearance needed
- **For a trainee**. in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work towards completing your nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting whilst working for a great company that will offer you all the support you need to become a fully qualified Dental Assistant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mentone, VIC 3194: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
