The Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic experienced full-time legal secretary to join our Perth team. The role involves working as relief support across all of our commercial practice areas, working on a variety of tasks including;

Requirements of the role

Be flexible and adaptable, proactive and able to work unsupervised Have a positive attitude and the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners Have intermediate-advanced computer skills across the Microsoft suite in particular Word and Powerpoint, working knowledge of Excel, and a typing speed of 60+ wpm Have strong verbal and written communication skills Have experience using document management and billing/time recording systems (such as FileSite, Expert or similar) Have a minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Secretary Have strong organisational and file management skills and demonstrate initiative.
