We are seeking experienced courier drivers to join our team at A&J Couriers. This position involves performing local Sydney work as well as regional deliveries, with a focus on meeting our customers’ needs efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily courier tasks, including local and regional deliveries throughout Sydney.
- Complete up to 70 drops per day, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Operate a 2-tonne van safely and effectively.
- Work 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday), with shifts lasting 8-10 hours daily.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing A&J Couriers.
- Navigate efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and optimize routes.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a courier driver, preferably in a role similar to DHL.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Sydney’s roads and regional routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and handle physical demands of the job.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive pay rate, which includes fuel coverage (drivers will cover their own fuel costs).
- Payments are made 2 weeks in arrears, followed by weekly payments after the holding period.
