Our team supports hotels with various services, predominantly in Housekeeping and Public Area Cleaning.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and “keen to make their mark” **Housekeeping Trainer** to join our dynamic team in **Pyrmont**, on a **Permanent Part-Time**basis.

**We are looking for a leader who will be key in**:

- Manage the on-site training and onboarding of new team members; including initial introductions to site and ensuring all relevant induction documentation is completed
- Training new frontline colleagues on site policies and procedures
- Monitoring trainee performance & providing ongoing support throughout their first weeks with FBM
- Conducting performance reviews and mentor new team members for success

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a room attendant or above in an upscale hotel environment
- Passionate about Housekeeping and building strong engaged teams
- High level of work ethic and integrity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to guide others in this respect
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced hospitality role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
- A professional, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends if required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.12 - $42.18 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

- housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
