**Key responsibilities**
- Be the frontline brand ambassador and reflect an outstanding reputation of the service station
- Develop repeat business by exceeding customer expectations
- Accurately process all fuel and convenience store sales
- Demonstrate sales abilities by creating add on sales
- Ensure the front of house area and retail area are clean and tidy, making sure food and personal items are not kept in view of our customers
- Ensure all daily responsibilities are completed in a timely manner, and utilising spare time proactively
- Ensure appropriate information is channelled correctly to customers and internal stakeholders
- Replenish stock in the retail area and other service station areas as required
- Obey all the rules and regulations relating to safety, security, fire precautions and personal appearance
- Perform other duties as requested by management

- The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices.
- An ability to identify problem areas and use of initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues.
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations.
- Well presented.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work without supervision and problem solve.
