**The opportunity**:
The Zone Coach is responsible for conducting ‘best in industry' HIIT, Strength and Conditioning classes at Fitness First, The Zone, located in Sydney CBD. The Zone Coach is responsible for catering to the fitness levels of all class participants - ensuring they feel supported and achieve results, whilst maintaining their health and safety and the consistent delivery of the class program format.
This exciting opportunity is located in a fast paced club environment where our classes run at peak times - morning, afternoon and evening.

Who are we looking for?
- To be successful in this role, you will be an exceptional kind of person. Our most successful Zone Coaches are confident team players who are patient in nature and able to talk to anyone with ease.
- If you possess the following specifications...we want to hear from you:

- Certificate IV (or higher) in Fitness
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Registration with AusActive
- An industry recognised qualification in your field of practice (which may have been obtained in Australia or overseas)
- Fitness First Level 1 Coaches Course

Zone Coaches are key drivers in our club's success. They support all club activities and promotions, as well as proactively seeking out new and innovative ways to maximize class attendance and highlight why it's the best place to train and achieve their fitness goals.

**Key responsibilities and duties include**:

- Teaching a high quality group fitness class / or conducting 1 on 1 or small group to maximise class attendance
- Continually up-skill in each program taught, to stay current with industry expectations and trends
- Ensure all classes are performed in line with the Fitness First Coaches Course and standards
- Ensure the training zones are kept neat, tidy, and all equipment is packed away prior to leaving;
- Provide a duty of care towards all class participants at all times;
- Ensure the workout plan is rehearsed appropriately to deliver a high standard of workout
