About the Role
The primary school aides provide direct support to our diverse students in an online classroom environment. The role supports the Head of Department, Teachers and fellow teacher aides in providing a high level of service relevant to an on-line school.

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Use of computers when working with students in an on-line environment
- Staff will be trained in the use of 'Blackboard collaborate'
- Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member
- Assisting in the supervision of education activities under the direction of a teacher
- Listening to students reading
- Working with small groups as well as individual students

**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:

- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
