Operator (Pt)

Alliance Labour Solutions is proud to be a local labour-hire company. We work across multiple sites throughout the Hunter Region along with sites reaching past Northwest Sydney and various shutdowns throughout New South Wales.

We are currently seeking motivated, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our Alliance Team here in the Hunter Valley.

We have open positions available for
**experienced Dozer and Excavator Open-cut Mining Operators** to join our team in the Muswellbrook / Singleton Area.

**What's on offer?**
- Day Shift
- Lifestyle Roster with potential for 5 days a week.
- Work on mine sites in the Hunter Valley
- You will work closely with the Supervisor, Operations Manager, and the client to deliver optimum results and achieve targets.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**To be successful in this role you must have the following**:

- Minimum of 12 months open-cut coal experience as an Operator.
- Relevant equipment certificates and training records including VOC.
- Capacity to perform Take 5’s, JSA’s and SWMS
- Hold a valid and current driver's license.
- White Card.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- A strong commitment to safety and a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to build successful working relationships with your team and the client.
- Must be able to base yourself out of the Singleton / Muswellbrook area

**You must have experience with the following machinery**:

- Dozer - MUST be able to operate up to a D8.
- Excavator up to 26 tonne
- Watercart (must have HR license).
- Front end Loader up to 18 tonne
- Grader.
- Bobcat skip-steer

You will be required to follow our strict Drug and Alcohol Policy and be a champion of our safety goals on site.
