Looking for a unique opportunity to support young people in a meaningful, residential setting? St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking Boarding House Supervisors to join our dynamic team, with an immediate start date.

**The Role**:
At the heart of this role is student welfare and a high standard of duty of care. You’ll:

- Supervise and support boarders during rostered shifts
- Maintain expectations around behaviour, safety and study routines
- Provide clear guidance and promote respectful use of shared spaces
- Support boarders’ academic, social and faith development
- Foster a positive, caring and inclusive boarding environment
- Ensure safety and wellbeing in line with WHS standards

**Roster and Living Arrangements**:

- Part-time, term-time position (school terms only)
- Minimum of 15 hours per week, averaged across the term
- Flexible roster options to suit study, sport or lifestyle needs
- Live-in role: private room with en suite, located in our Boarding Village
- Meals provided in the Boarding Dining Room
- Accommodation and meal costs are deducted from your wage
