Resturant Manager

Knightsbridge Takeaway is a vibrant and welcoming establishment known for great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Restaurant Manager** to lead our team and ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for every guest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage and train front and back of house staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues
- Maintain stock and order supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to meet business goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
