Our host business is in the coffee business and offer a number of different services from roasting & selling beans & offering training on how to make the best coffee on the coast

If you are in year 10 or 11 and are looking to develop a career in Business, we would love to hear from you This Traineeship requires 7.5 hours of participation a week, one day a week.

**About you**:

- Drivers Licence is not a requirement, however, public transport to Kunda Park is limited
- Hold a genuine interest in Business and carrying out clerical tasks
- Focused, driven & reliable
- Professional, customer-focused approach, consistently bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve common goals.

**Community Solutions** is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
