Our client is an established Australian business with a big reputation for delivering first class projects throughout Australia.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew in Sydney of 60-80 staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

They specialise in local council projects up to $10 million, involving everything from turning the first sod to all finishing trades and eventual handover for public use.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This organisation has set a true benchmark in the landscape construction world and this is your chance to join the team and to put your stamp on these projects.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking Tradespeople, and work closely with clients in every State and Territory to deliver the goods

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret design plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report into the Company Directors
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Concrete OR Formwork OR Carpentry OR Bricklaying
- Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
- Willing to travel interstate and live away from home
- Drivers license
