**WellMinded Group PTY PTD - is looking for support workers across Sydney**

**What you will need**:

- Be a compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented person
- Genuine desire to provide the best quality care for people with disabilities
- Clear alignment to our organisation’s values
- Excellent communication and proven computer skills
- Initiative and drive to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have drivers license and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle
- Have at least two years experience or studying in the community care industry
- Have or be able to obtain a working with children check, police check and first aid certificate.
- Cleared criminal record check obtained within 12 months
- Have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
