**Part time Bookkeeper**

Bedshed is Australia’s leading bedding specialist in Canberra and we are keen to hire passionate and enthusiastic staff to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a Part time Bookkeeper. To be successful in this role it is desirable to have experience in Harmoniq or similar point of sale system or experience of bookkeeping in a similar retail store.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Performing the full AP and AR function.
- Process regular bookkeeping work including monthly reporting, invoicing, BAS preparation and lodgement.
- Perform payroll function.
- Perform bank, debtors and creditors reconciliations.
- Debtor Management.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting in Australia
- Previous accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Competent in Harmoniq or similar Point of sale system
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Have a self-motivated, reliable and driven attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
