**About Us**:
Zerowatt is searching for a top-performing, results-oriented sales professional who knows how to close deals face-to-face. As a leading provider of air conditioning systems under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, we’re looking for someone who’s persuasive, confident, and ready to take their sales game to the next level.

**Your Role**:
As a Superstar Sales Closer, you’ll meet clients at their homes, assess their needs, and present tailored air conditioning solutions. Your mission is to ensure every homeowner sees the value of upgrading to energy-efficient systems—and seal the deal.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Close deals**: Conduct in-home consultations and turn opportunities into signed agreements.
- **Build relationships**: Develop trust and rapport with clients to create a seamless sales process.
- **Promote solutions**: Clearly explain the benefits of energy-efficient air conditioning systems and the VEU program.
- **Achieve targets**: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals with confidence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven face-to-face sales experience—ideally in HVAC, energy solutions, or home improvement industries.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and guide clients to a confident “yes.”
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for appointments.
