**Afternoon Nanny Warriewood (NSW)**

**Location**:Warriewood NSW 2102

**Pay Rate**:$35-$40 per hour (inclusive of tax) + superannuation

**Contract type**:Casual10 month contract until end of June 2025

**Days/ Hours**:

- Three afternoons per week (flexible)
Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
2:30PM- 6PM/ 7:30PM (one day per week to assist with bedtime routine)
- Saturdays 2 x per month 8AM- PM
- School Holidays 8AM-6PM
- Occasional babysitting for date nights

Both parents are working professionals who speak fluent English, while the children are currently German-speaking and will attend a bilingual German/English pre-school Monday to Friday. The girls are full of imagination, enjoying role-playing, listening to stories, exploring nature, and expressing their creativity through arts and crafts. They are also eager to learn and grow in their new environment. This family had a beloved nanny in, and they are now looking for someone just as extraordinary to join them on this exciting adventure. **What we are looking for**:
**Tasks**:
Responsibilities include arriving at the house by 2:30 PM to prepare for the children's arrival; this will include a general clean up, laundry assistance, and snack preparation. You’ll then pick up the kids from school at 3: PM (15 minutes away by car) and engage them in fun, playful activities (with zero screen time) for the afternoon and complete bath routines. Once a week, the family has requested a 7:30 pm finish time, on this day you’ll be responsible for reheating and serving dinner and preparing the children for bedtime.

During **school holidays**, the role will extend from 8:00 AM to :00 PM, involving the preparation of lunch and snacks, and organising both indoor and outdoor activities. We encourage outings to places like libraries, parks, and swimming pools during the holidays.
- Preschool pick up
- Full Childcare including: playing, following routines, activities, bathing, clothing, and feeding.
- General tidying up after children’s activities and meals
- Light household duties: General clean up of children’s rooms and play areas, wiping down benches, vacuuming & mopping up food or activity mess, putting away dishes and toys.

**Transport**:
Australian licence required and nanny can use family vehicle provided

**Must have**:

- WWC / Police Check
- Open Drivers Licence
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Experience in a similar role
- 2 x Reference checks
- Excellent English or German speaking/ understanding
- Non-smoker

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
