**Bitu-Mill - our Profiling Division**isgrowing, and we’re looking for **Skid-Steer Operators and Labourers** who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a top-tier crew in **South Australia.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Operating **Skid-Steers/Bobcats** on road profiling and clean-up jobs
- Supporting **critical road maintenance** projects that help keep SA moving
- General labouring: shovelling, sweeping, spotting machines, clean-up
- Working outdoors in a **fast-paced, team-driven environment**:

- Learning and growing under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors

**What we’re looking for**:

- **1-2 years’ experience** on Skid-Steer/Bobcat in road works, construction or similar
- A **valid White Card** (Construction Induction Card)
- A current **HR Truck Licence** - or you’re willing to get one within 6 months
- You're **reliable**, **hardworking**, and ready to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor conditions
- Bonus points if you’ve been around road profiling machinery (like 1m & 2m Wirtgen)
