The 1940’s were the Golden Age, where large distances and great oceans were no longer barriers to cultural and social exchange, where good times flowed as much as the cocktail aperitifs that were served in the airport lounge. When up in the air, no matter the timezone or the time of day, it was an experience that was always first-class.

M-TO-N will open from early morning through to noon and night. Whether it’s the first stop for your morning coffee, the afternoon catchup with friends or a more romantic dalliance in our restaurant and wine bar, here you’ll discover something just for your moment.

- We are searching for a passionate and innovative barista of all levels including a talented and ambitious Head Barista to join our team and grow our business. Working exclusively alongside Code Black Roasters, we want to ensure we are serving the best coffee in Hampton._
- M TO N freshly procures and skilfully prepares the highest quality local produce, farm-raised prime meats, and ethically & fresh sourced seafood and fish. The talented kitchen team wishes to offer their personal rendition of modern European cuisine, fused with the exotic & vibrant flavours of Latin America. Inspired by the glamour & elegance of the Golden age of Aviation, our innovative gastronomic take on traditional dishes & cooking methods are sophisticated & fun. Moreover, we regard it as our personal challenge to help bring about a revival of the hospitality industry and let our distinctive style, flavours & character brighten up the world._
