**The Company**

**The Role**
The team at Rokon is growing and we have a healthy pipeline of projects across Melbourne. To support the team, we are seeking Skilled Labourers in the Northern Suburbs who have experience in sub-divisions, road construction or drainage.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

- Civil labouring experience - Preferred
- Current drivers licence and own transport
- OH&S Induction card (white card)
- Ability to perform manual handling work
- Experience in operating GPS equipment
- Electrical Spotter or Traffic Controller tickets an advantage
- A commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic and can-do attitude

**On Offer**
On top of your hourly rate, Rokon offers permanent full time work, daily travel allowance and opportunity for overtime (currently straight to Double Time during the week). Training and development is a key part of our business as we look to support our staff throughout their careers.
