**Description**:
As a Team Member your role will involve;
Prepare and serve coffee
Take customer orders and handle the POS
Run food and coffee to tables
Maintain a clean space including clearing tables and cleaning dishes
Offer our customers friendly service and knowledge on our menu
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
You’ll be passionate about coffee and enjoy interacting with people on the daily to deliver an iconic Allpress experience. To nail this role you’ll need:
A warm and friendly energy
Experience as a barista in a café
Strong customer service skills
Any café experience from register to Kitchen hand or waitress is awesome
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Current RSA
