Working on behalf of a leading provider in the provision of security services across Australia and New Zealand. With an established Blue Chip national client portfolio which is in a period of significant growth

The Commercial Estimator/Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and submission of quotations to optimise the success rate, focusing on market trends, budget guidelines, and requirements of potential new clients.

You will also liaise with key stakeholders and business partners to provide informed advice on matters of the structure and preparation of site rosters and costings.

The key objectives of this position include understanding what customer’s key drivers are, and translate their needs into commercially viable service solutions, including but not limited to, the analysis of prospective client requirements and the development of optimised resourcing plans to meet those requirements. Development and implementation of a Commercial Hub, understanding labour control processes, analysing existing contracts and supporting state operations teams in labour control processes.

- Permanent Full Time position- Monday to Friday- Located in Essendon Fields- Onsite parking

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role / working in experience within a labor driven industry is desired- Experience in Tender preparation and rollout- Experience in rostering and costing of services- High level of negotiating and closing skills- Sound knowledge of Security Industry Awards & Agreements- Proven ability to analyse data and draw business relevant recommendations- Demonstrate exceptional commercial and financial acumen
