They seek to expand their Financial Crime Operations team through the hiring of a Financial Crime Operations Specialist (Line 1) for their Superannuation business. Supporting the Financial Crime Operations Manager, you will participate in various projects ensuring their (AML/CTF) obligations are met. You will also manage various financial crime projects relating to functional uplifts, as well as being an escalation point for complex queries.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage financial crime projects relating to functional uplifts
- Provide technical advice on how to operationalise financial crime requirements and build financial crime capabilities.
- Lead the development and maintenance of effective KYC / CDD / OCDD processes.
- Support in the development and review of transaction monitoring processes, including reviewing transaction monitoring rules to ensure effectiveness
- Identifying new money laundering, terrorism financing and fraud intelligence, trends and techniques.
- Establish strong working relationships and good operating rhythms with Financial Crime Compliance, Fraud and other key stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

You will possess an Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and industry experience, have 5 years experience in financial crime, AML/CTF, within a financial services, banking or related industry. Financial Crime experience within the Superannuation industry is highly desirable.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of transaction monitoring, investigative techniques, be naturally inquisitive and analytical, with an exceptional eye for detail.

Finally, you will be able to work independently as part of an evolving team, work to deadlines, be proactive and possess amazing problem-solving skills. You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
