**About the role**

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Above Award Level **Armed Security Officer** to join our team full-time in Sydney. This dynamic role involves working in a 4x4 Rotating Roster (Monday-Sunday) and across a range of sensitive environments, including schools, aged care facilities, and high-security locations.

**Licenses/Certifications**:

- Current Security Licence - 1AF
- Current NSW H or Provisional Class Firearms Licence for Business Employment
- Current Firearms accreditation
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Police Check (Less than 3-4 months old)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide armed security services at critical infrastructure, educational, and aged care facilities
- Conduct foot patrols and maintain a safe, secure environment
- Deter suspicious or unlawful activity through high-visibility presence
- Respond to incidents and escalate issues professionally and appropriately
- Provide concise and accurate reports to management
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and members of the public
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and conduct
- Work flexibly on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
- To be available to work on a 4x4 rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
