The ASRM Group is a leading RTO and contractor in Melbourne, providing security training, services and placement across all of Melbourne's suburbs in a range of business and indutries from retail to hospitals to hospitality.

An opportunity has arisen to supply guards for 4 night venues in Mornington on Main street. These venues are pubs that have entertainment so guards with crowd control experience is paramount and is required for the role.

The role will include providing a security service to the venue, liaising with the manager on all requirements of the smooth operation of the venue. Assessing RSA at the door and internally, dealing with customers and general public on all levels of cutomer service and ensuring that all liquor licensing legislation and company policies are adhered to at all times.

The role will include Friday and Saturday nights only to start with extra shifts and public holidays available too. Competitive rates are paid to all guards in line with Award legislation.

Shift times are Fridays from about 7pm-130am and Saturdays from about 5pm-130am.

Minimum requirements for this position are:
# A valid and current Victoria Private Security Licence.

# 12 months minimum experience in a similar role

# Legal rights to work in Australia

Immediate start is available.
