Caretaker/maintenance

Yaran Property Group is looking for a caretaker/on site person based in the Rockingham area to perform duties such as:

- Change the access codes on doors upon request and carry out room inspection
- Conduct viewings/home opens/inspections for prospective tenants
- Assist with various administrative duties
- Conduct key handovers and key returns with tenants
- Assist with guest check in and check out, and requests
- Allowing access to contractor(s)
- Assist with onboarding units (checking the property, inventory etc)
- Receiving and moving of delivery orders
- Running some errands as required
- Inspecting and troubleshooting some maintenance request/issues
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
- Located in Rockingham and surrounds as the work location is in Rockingham (preferred but not essential)
- Police clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use software and computer
- Fast learner
- Customer service oriented
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
- Full working rights in Australia
- Drivers license
- Reliable vehicle

- On call
