_**Northern Rivers In Home Care is a not for profit approved In Home Care Provider on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas. **_In Home Child Care is an education funded by the Australian Government Department of Education. It is designed to help families who have no access to existing child care services or families whose circumstances mean that existing child care cannot meet their needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Educator to work with a Professional Family in Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast providing After School Care. The family is requiring child care for three children ages 10, 7 and 5 years old, your role would include School Pick Up.

In Home Care takes place in the families home.

**Days and Times required**:
Monday to Friday

2pm to 6.30pm

(Two full days during school holidays)

**Hourly rate**:
$35.00 per hour inclusive of Super

**Start date**:
ASAP

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Provide an age appropriate afternoon Education program.

**Prerequisites for all In Home Care Roles**:

- _**Certificate III in Children’s Services (experience essential)**_
- _**Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate - Childcare First Aid Training HLTAID0011 and HLTAID009**_
- _**Blue Card and Police Clearance**_
- _**Liability insurance (once successfully placed)**_
- _**Medical Clearance**_
- _**Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)**_
- _**ABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor)**_
- _**Photo ID**_
- _**PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $34.15 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Police Clearance (preferred)
- ABN (preferred)
- Child Protection Refresher (preferred)
- Blue Card (required)
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (required)
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (required)
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (required)
