**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We seek a passionate individual with exceptional communication skills to join our telecommunications business in our **Derrimut** **office **as an **Onboarding Representative**. In this role, you can expect to facilitate strong relationships between our Construction Partners and Downer stakeholders, support projects from a compliance perspective, and achieve organisational and business objectives.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:_
- Ensure all subcontractor training, certifications, and tickets are compliant and up to date during onboarding.
- Update subcontractors' profile information in internal systems to maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of the national subcontract register.
- Identify and report on current subcontractors' compliance and non-compliance. Ensure that all subcontractors meet the prequalification requirements.
- Generate reports, such as headcount reports, training reports, and compliance reports, for the subcontractors.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous work experience in an internal customer service role and exposure to a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in a compliance focussed environment is desirable but optional.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
