The Rock is all about great cocktails, quality craft beer, late nights, and wine with a laid back vibe. We're passionate about good booze.

We're a local, community oriented bar, with an above average amount of regulars. Our working conditions are excellent, and we have a pretty damn strong team vibe. We're after a casual bartender for 3-4 shifts per week (open to discussion for the right applicant). Friday and Saturday availability is a must, but other than that we're open to discussion as to how many shifts you are up for per week. Casual to start, open to a more structured part-time arrangement if things work out.

We love our locals, and we're after the sort of person who's enthused about getting to know our posse of regulars. A brilliant customer service attitude and an enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely warm manner with our customers and our staff will go a long way. Cocktail bar experience is definitely a big bonus, but a lack of it is not a dealbreaker.

Working with our small team, you'll have plenty of room to contribute your creativity to our offering. We look after our crew, and encourage them to learn how to do things right; we're always keen to support staff development opportunities. We pay award rates, always at the higher end of the range.
