It is critical that the applicant must be proficient in the following 3 requirements:
- Review of inventory levels by analysing product mix, safety stock and minimum/maximum requirements
Maintain MRP system data to ensure component availability
Review forecast and orders to ensure inventory levels are adequate and to prevent surplus inventory
In addition you must have experience in the following job functions:
Processing purchase orders; receipt of purchase orders, review acknowledgements from suppliers for accuracy and receipting
Processing and coordinating suppliers' returns
Processing and administration of credits pertaining to warranty returns to suppliers
Stocks code maintenance in the ERP system
Have knowledge and work experience in data entering, running reports and statement for accounts payable and receivable
Regular communications with suppliers, custom brokers, TGA, freight forwarders
Liaise with internal departments regarding orders and inventory management
General admin duties as well as ad-hoc projects
Experience in similar role
Relevant qualifications to Purchasing / Accounts management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability to engage with and support multiple stakeholders
Strong computer skills including ERP software ;
High level organisation skills and an eye for detail
Perform best when working in a team environment
Respond positively to a structured environment
Work at an even pace and maintain effective time management skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
