**About the Role - Store Manager (Schofields)**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on **Store Manager** for our **Schofields** location. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing a small team, thrives in a dynamic environment, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves—including some **heavy lifting**. Forklift and pallet jack experience would be great.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business
- Lead, manage, and motivate store staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a loyal customer base
- Handle stock management, including ordering, receiving, unpacking, and merchandising
- Ensure store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times
- Work closely with head office and suppliers to ensure efficient stock control and product knowledge
- Assist with rostering, training, and performance management of staff
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required (e.g., stock deliveries)

**Must-Haves**:

- Availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends as per rotating roster
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Retail experience in liquor or related industry preferred
- NSW RSA (mandatory)
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual work
- A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to team success
- Reliable transport and willingness to commute to Schofields

**Job Type**:

**Expected Hours**: 25 - 38 per week

- Rotating roster
