We're looking for energetic and self-motivated team members, to fill the following roles;
- Restaurant Manager at Bandit Pizza & Wine
- Duty Manager at Bandit Pizza & Wine
- NEW VENUE Venue Manager at Tarantino's (coming soon).
- Functions and Events Manager at The Stag Public House
In these roles, you will take responsibility of the venue, including exceptional genuine service, product development, controlling costs, developing talent in our team, and delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, and train the staff to do the same.
- Ensuring staff have what they need, to give the best guest experience possible - stock, tools, knowledge, process & skills.
- Ensure financial metrics are achieved (specifically wages & cost of goods)
- Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times, and train the staff to do the same
- Manage cost of goods targets, through weekly ordering, processing invoices, stock-takes, and accurate POS use from all staff.
- Planning, organising and executing special functions & events
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
