Location: Shepparton, VIC
Licensed Capacity: 96 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 - $43.53 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

At Busy Bees at Shepparton, we are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to grow and thrive. With space for 96 children, our centre is designed to foster meaningful learning experiences, strong relationships, and a supportive community.

We are looking for Casual Educators to join our dedicated team and bring flexibility, enthusiasm, and warmth to our service.

About the Role- Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions- Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF- Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You’ll Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)- Current Working with Children Check (Employee - VIC)- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new environments- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
